2002년 10월 18일부터 Cotecna는 도미니카 정부로부터의 새로운 독립적 외부 모니터링 서비스를 인정받음으로서 현재 FLA(Fair Labor Association)로부터 FLA code 모니터링 서비스를 진행하고 있는 국가는 아르헨티나, 브라질, 콜럼비아, 코스타리카, 도미니카공화국, 엘살바도르, 멕시코, 페루, 우루과이, 미국등 10개 국가가 해당됩니다.
